Notes Client 6.0.1 Windows XP

Using the InstallShield Tuner for Lotus Notes, I am able to successfully install the Notes 6.0.1 client on Windows XP SP1, although I am incapable of enabling the MultiUser install. I am only able to do so when performing a manul "attended" install. In the Tuner, I changed the following properties

ApplicationUsers=OnlyCurrentUser
to
ApplicationUsers=AllUsers ???(I'm guessing here)

MUIALLUSERS=NO
to
MUIALLUSERS=YES

Notes installs correctly, but only for the current user, the other users (new or existing) have no shortcut icons, & the application is not listed under the Add/Remove program for those other users

My questions are the following:

Is there a list of valid property values to use with the Tuner ?

Do I need to do an administrative install before creating my MST, or I can just copy the W32INTEL folder to a server, and copy the MST file there once created & packaged ?

Where in the tuner do I set the DATA folder for the users ? I tried using %appdata% as a variable in lieu of C:\program files\lotus\notes\data with no succcess, the msi installer reports an error in the log.

Any insight on this would be much appreciated. Thank you.
